Returns are on case by case basis. All parts deemed defective by Mag-Hytec will be replaced, no refunds.

Returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid, Freight cannot be deducted from invoices or statements.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all new returns. Any parts missing will be charged to returning party to restore part to sellable condition.

Defects:

Liability for damaged or defective merchandise is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. No Cash Refund.

Warranty:

Each Mag-Hytec product is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Mag-Hytec warrants its product to be free from manufactures and material defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle that it was originally installed. Proof of purchase is required when a part is deemed defective, for replacement.

This warranty does not cover the cost of labor, shipping or other incidental charges. Other parts of vehicle hitting Our product will not be covered under warranty, see instructions for details.
